Today was a togetherness day.  Hubby and I woke up just minutes apart, around 11am.  We had slept in so late but had gotten up much earlier to let the dogs out and went back to bed.  I'm doing really well that I am not having to get up until early morning, sometime between 5am and 7am to pee.  For awhile there I was waking up around 2 or 3am and that was rough!  But now when I get up, I can let the dogs out and open the back door so they can come and go when they need to and I go back to sleep.
Hubby wanted to make a big breakfast, eggs, bacon and toast, but I told him I was going to church so I was just going to grab a yogurt.  He decided to go with me so he started getting ready.  We decided to have BLTs for lunch instead.
Church was good.  The message today was anything is possible with the Lord.  Nothing is impossible. Faith in this is important because God can create great change in your life.  We sang some songs, had communion, and left.
We went straight home afterwards.  Hubby and I talked about going to the library and me having to buy some blue yarn but since it was raining we decided to just stay home.  We checked on the tomatoes we planted, and they seemed to be doing well.  I put in the sticks to tie them to and tomorrow I will cut some fabric strips to do that.
We spent the day just lazing about, him in his office and in the kitchen and me in the craft room with the rattie boys.  We intersected often and kissed frequently.  We talked and rearranged the dinner menu.  Later, hubby made his famous spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.  Frank had been planning to continue working outside and clean up the yard but with the rain this morning, he decided to take a nap.  And when the rain stopped, he was still napping.  Oh well, everybody needs a day off.
Tomorrow at 5pm, hubby has an MRI appointment to check his neck for additional problems he is having with his neck and back.  I have no plans to leave the house, so will be here.  I have to sort through my clothes and get rid of old stuff I don't wear anymore since my closet is full and so is my dresser.  I got new underwear and socks so it's time to get rid of the old, holey stuff and socks without pairs.  I have a whole trunk full of clothes from 3 years ago I need to go through and get rid of or put in the dresser.  Since I don't get as cold as I used to, my "temperature" has risen since menopause, I don't need the turtleneck shirts anymore.  They will be nice to cut up into strips to crochet into a rug.
